These terms are a working draft prepared for the website build. They must be reviewed and approved under the applicable laws of Pakistan before launch.
1. Nature of the Service
SS Para Legal Services provides professional support for legally obtainable documents, official records and officially available information from Pakistan through lawful and authorised procedures. The service is documentation, record and information coordination.
2. What Is Outside Scope
Legal strategy, legal advice, legal opinions, legal drafting, court representation and litigation fall outside the Documents, Records and Information scope of SS Para Legal Services. Where those requirements arise, the client should use SS Legal.
3. Assessment and Acceptance
Every listed or custom request is assessed before acceptance. Submitting a request does not confirm acceptance. Only requirements that can be pursued through lawful and authorised procedures, and within applicable access rights, are accepted.
4. No Privileged Access
SS Para Legal Services does not claim government affiliation, influence, privileged access or control over authority-dependent outcomes. Availability remains subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan, regulations, official procedures, access rights, supporting documents and the requirements of the relevant authority or organisation.
5. Quotation and Payment
There is no single fixed price for every requirement. Cost may depend on the nature, location, authority, complexity, urgency, official charges and delivery method. A customised quotation is issued after assessment. For project-based services, 100% advance payment is required after quotation approval and before work begins. Official charges, service charges and courier charges may be identified separately where applicable. Retainer clients may follow separately agreed payment terms.
6. Timelines
Most standard requests are targeted for completion within three working days after the requirement has been assessed and confirmed, complete information and supporting documents have been received, the quotation has been approved and payment has been confirmed. Three Working Days is a service objective, not an unconditional guarantee. Authority-dependent, correction, attestation, legalisation, apostille, court or third-party processes may require additional time.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, complete supporting documents and any authorisation required by the relevant authority. Delays, refusals or additional charges arising from inaccurate or incomplete information are not the responsibility of SS Para Legal Services.
8. Delivery
Accepted services are delivered through one of two modes according to the nature and legal availability of the requirement: Digital Delivery via WhatsApp or Email, or Physical Delivery via Courier. Not every requirement will have both digital and physical versions. Courier transit is subject to the courier's own terms and timelines.
9. Professional Network
Assignments may be coordinated through a professional network across Pakistan, engaged according to location, experience and suitability. The network does not represent privileged access.
10. Confidentiality
Client information and documents are handled responsibly and used only for the accepted assignment.
11. Limits of Responsibility
SS Para Legal Services is responsible for professional assessment, coordination, follow-up and delivery of accepted assignments. It is not responsible for the decisions, processing times, fees, refusals or record availability of any government department, court, authority or third-party organisation.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
Where work has not commenced and no official charges have been incurred, a cancellation may be considered. Where official charges, third-party charges or courier charges have already been incurred, those amounts are not refundable. Specific cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed on legal review before launch.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
14. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
All services are carried out through lawful and authorised procedures, subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan.
