The Six Stages
What Happens at Each Stage

Stage 01
Request
Tell us what you need from Pakistan. Share the essential details of the requirement through the request form or on WhatsApp.

Stage 02
Assessment
Every listed or custom request is assessed before acceptance. The assessment determines whether the requirement is legally obtainable, where it may be available, which authority or organisation may hold it, what supporting documents or authorisation may be required, what timeline may reasonably apply and what charges may apply.

Stage 03
Quotation
There is no single fixed price for every requirement. Cost may depend on the nature, location, authority, complexity, urgency, official charges and delivery method. A customised quotation is issued after assessment.

Stage 04
Payment
For project-based services, 100% advance payment is required after quotation approval and before work begins. Official charges, service charges and courier charges may be identified separately where applicable. Retainer clients may follow separately agreed payment terms.

Stage 05
Processing & Follow-Up
The accepted assignment is coordinated and followed up through the applicable lawful and authorised process, with SS Para Legal Services remaining the central professional point of contact.

Delivery
Delivery follows one of two simple routes: Digital via WhatsApp or Email, or Physical via Courier.
All services are carried out through lawful and authorised procedures, subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Service Objective
Three Working Days
Most standard requests are targeted for completion within three working days after the requirement has been assessed and confirmed, complete information and supporting documents have been received, the quotation has been approved and payment has been confirmed.
Three Working Days is a service objective, not an unconditional guarantee. Authority-dependent, correction, attestation, legalisation, apostille, court or third-party processes may require additional time.
