Most standard requests are targeted for completion within three working days once the requirement has been assessed and confirmed, supporting documents are complete, the quotation is approved and payment is confirmed. This is a service objective, not an unconditional guarantee.

The requirement lists on the service pages define potential scope. They are common examples, not a limitation and not a commitment that every listed item can be obtained in every case. Each requirement is assessed before acceptance.
